CVS Business Unit: Signify Health
Location / Logistics: Remote position in US with some travel required
Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Product Managers to develop a deep understanding of our specific position in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision, the value we deliver to customers & users, and our market differentiation.
In this role you will collaborate with and influence cross-functional peers including engineering, analytics, design, operational teams, client success executives, and partnerships leaders, as well as product and technical teams at our external channel partners and health plan clients, to ensure the long-term growth and success of Signify’s products.
Our innovative products, industry, and competition are evolving and growing quickly, and we are excited to add to our collective expertise. Our team is guided by the company’s mission to build a healthier place for us all to live and age in. If you’re looking for a rewarding career opportunity and working with a highly motivated and experienced cross functional team that is passionate about solving the hardest problems in the US healthcare system, this is the role for you.
This role will report to our Lead Director of Scheduling and Planning Excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will own Signify’s partner channel scheduling product roadmap — building the capabilities that let external partners schedule In-Home Evaluations (IHEs) for members while they sign up for health plans or activate benefits. Partner channels meet members where they already are: with a broker at plan enrollment, on a call with their health plan, or inside a supplemental benefits app. You will turn those moments into scheduled, completed visits by building configurable capabilities on Signify’s core scheduling platform, so each new partner onboards through configuration rather than a custom build.

  • Define and execute the product strategy for partner channel scheduling across agent-assisted and self-scheduling capabilities, prioritizing key partners and integration opportunities.
  • Expand partner scheduling APIs to support full appointment management, including booking, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Extend agent-assisted scheduling to PBM and health plan call centers, including telling reps which members to offer a visit to directly inside the tools they already use, so additional call centers onboard by configuration.
  • Define and launch an embeddable scheduling software development kit (SDK) with a single sign-on (SSO) hand-off, where the partner passes member identifying information and the member books without leaving the partner’s app; then package it as a reusable toolkit for additional partner and health plan apps.
  • Support smaller-volume partners who promote and schedule through Signify’s self-service scheduling page, including partner onboarding and working with the core scheduling team on self-serve rescheduling, and identify when a partner’s volume justifies moving to a deeper integration.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, operations, and client success to keep every integration on one shared scheduling platform with no partner-specific side systems, and give partners the same booking and completion reporting we use so everyone works from one set of numbers.
  • Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence leadership, peers, partners, and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approaches when needed.
  • Proactively identify user, partner, or business needs and recommend innovative solutions. When necessary, drive tradeoff conversations and negotiate with internal teams, partners, and clients to achieve roadmap objectives. Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem.
  • Develop a clear vision and short-term and long-term roadmap with value definitions, measurable milestones, and a plan to transition mature capabilities to the core scheduling teams; communicate this roadmap with partners, clients, and across the organization.
  • Observe and interview users — brokers, call center reps, partner product teams, and members — to aggregate and connect their feedback into defined problem statements.
  • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage expectations across internal teams, partners, and health plan clients through partner onboarding and launch.
  • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for partner pitch rate, booking rate, completed visit rate, incremental completed visits beyond internal outreach, and time to onboard a new partner to define, track, and communicate value delivery.
  • Understand the healthcare industry and the Medicare Advantage distribution ecosystem — broker enrollment platforms, supplemental benefits platforms, and PBM and health plan call centers — including key trends, regulatory changes, and movement in the market.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience
  • Demonstrated ability to audit complex technical architectures, identify system bottlenecks, and successfully launch simplified, scalable products — including APIs or integrations used by external partners — that improve operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
  • A strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer and partner success
  • 5 to 7 years stakeholder management experience- Ability to articulate the organizational value delivered to all levels of the company to executives. More importantly, you can tell the story of the value that is currently in your backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results.
  • Prior performance improvement or program management experience.
  • 2 or more years’ experience working directly with external partners or clients to align scope, technical requirements, timelines, and success metrics across organizations
  • 2 or more years of experience conducting user research, field observations, or interviews to develop structured problem statements, user personas, and journey maps that directly justify and prioritize product backlog features
  • 5 or more years of experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to drive conclusions and recommendations. When the data isn’t available, you are able to lead the charge to gather it using knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, or '0-to-1' product environments, with a track record of establishing product processes, setting KPIs, and driving delivery with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building platform, API, or SDK products consumed by external partners or developers (B2B2C), including partner onboarding, versioning, and developer documentation
  • Experience delivering embedded or white-label experiences inside third-party apps or portals, including identity hand-offs such as SSO (SAML/OAuth) and member identity matching
  • Experience building scheduling, booking, or marketplace products, including the full appointment lifecycle (reschedules, cancellations, household bookings) and its impact on completion rates
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage distribution channels such as broker enrollment platforms, supplemental benefits / OTC and flex card platforms, or PBM and health plan call centers
  • Prior experience working within complex, highly regulated industries (e.g., US healthcare, logistics, or finance) with a proven ability to navigate compliance, regulatory, or multi-stakeholder constraints to launch a product.
  • Track record of standing up a new capability with a dedicated team and transitioning it to a core platform team for long-term ownership, using configuration-driven patterns rather than one-off custom builds

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
