Job Description

Vuori is looking for a Sr. Manager of E-commerce Analytics to join our Omni Analytics team to help drive strategy and decisions for channel planning, digital performance, and customer engagement. This individual will be tasked with building the framework and processes necessary to deliver comprehensive ecommerce sales forecasting, KPI analysis, and actionable business recommendations. As we progress into a more omni-centric DTC business, this role will partner closely with Retail to align shared goals, connect online and in-store insights, and support coordinated planning and execution that moves Vuori forward. With a deep understanding of ecommerce analytics, you’ll leverage data insights to drive strategic decisions, optimize marketing, and enhance our ecommerce performance. 

What you'll get to do:

Sales Planning & Forecasting: 

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales forecasting framework for eCommerce, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets. 
  • Plan for an Omni business and evaluate, measure, and action on drivers across the full DTC ecosystem of our consumer.  
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and scenario modeling to evaluate business decisions. 
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies to improve marketing efficiency, and optimize digital performance. 

Consumer Insights & Analysis: 

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of consumer behavior to uncover trends and preferences, providing actionable insights to inform marketing, merchandising, and product strategies. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts by integrating external data sources and macroeconomic factors into performance analysis. 
  • Oversee the analysis of eCommerce KPIs, customer behavior, and digital marketing metrics. Develop and refine dashboards to provide visibility into online performance and identify optimization opportunities. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Provide data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that the eCommerce Analytics team plays a pivotal role in decision-making processes. 
  • Mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact, implementing best practices in data management and eCommerce analysis. 

Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, tech, and data teams to ensure reporting, insights, and strategies align with broader company goals. 
  • Work with cross-functional partners to align forecasts with product launches, marketing spends, and brand strategies. 
  • Coordinate with the Planning team to ensure product-level forecasts are aligned with channel expectations. 

Innovation & Technology:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for self-service and operational reporting using industry-leading tools and best practices. 
  • Introduce innovative analytical techniques and tools, enabling advanced business analytics and driving online ROI. 
  • Prototype and build visualization tools, working with a team of employees and consultants to deliver best-in-class eCommerce analytic solutions. 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent years of experience preferred.  
  • 7+ years of analytics experience in defining ecommerce analytic capabilities, breaking them down into actionable components, and working cross-functionally to deliver value. 
  • 3+ years of direct report management experience. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.) paired with strong analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills. 
  • Experience identifying use case opportunities for Data Science & Advanced Analytics, building POCs to prove value and justify investment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage through influence across a large international organization, preferably in ecommerce.

The salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $165,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
