Rubrik is continuing to build an innovative finance team that is helping the business scale at an incredible pace. We are looking for a GTM Sr. Finance Manager, to join the Finance and Strategy Team, who will play a critical role in providing valuable business insights to drive decision-making. As a critical contributor on a lean team, you will be responsible for creating the structure, process, and reporting for the team to expand our partnership with Marketing and Transformation functions. You will play a critical role in providing valuable business insights to drive decision-making. 

You must have exceptional financial, analytical and communication skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. At the same time, you are a top performer in a fast-paced environment and possess the creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility. In addition, you must be highly motivated and possess a dedication to exceed personal and team goals. 

Location- this role has an in-office cadence of 3x per week to our HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial and strategic support for Rubrik’s Marketing & Transformation functions to help drive informed decision-making; build positive relationships across those organizations
  • Optimize marketing spend to generate higher ROI by integrating marketing/transformation GTM strategy with financial acumen; Collaborate with Marketing/Transformation & finance leadership to develop plans for optimally resourcing the teams in order to drive success
  • Manage the forecasting and budget process, including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and month-end processes
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing & transformation performance, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations
  • Perform financial close including driving BvA discussions; Lead key initiatives to automate and scale financial controls and processes
  • Automate various reporting needs to help build an efficient scalable reporting infrastructure
  • Ad hoc research and analysis as needed for Finance and G&A Leadership

You might be a good fit if you have/are:

  • 10-12 years of total experience in FP&A or related field (I-Banking, strategy consulting)
  • An effective business partner with strong communication skills and able to effectively collaborate across functions.
  • Mentoring team members to achieve their goals and fostering a positive work environment
  • A self-starter with exceptional attention to details, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Able to prioritize multiple projects.
  • The ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
  • Superior analytical and modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred. 
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$169,000$253,500 USD
