The AI Product Owner Leader will define the vision and roadmap for AI products, prioritize use cases, and coordinate with business and IT teams to deliver impactful AI solutions in global operations.
We are seeking an AI Product Owner Leader to own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of AI-driven products within global operations. This role bridges business, operations, and IT teams to deliver AI solutions.
The AI Product Owner Leader defines the vision and roadmap for AI products, prioritizes use cases based on business impact, and ensures AI models are built, deployed, and scaled effectively in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI products supporting global operations
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases such as yield optimization, defect detection, predictive maintenance, and demand forecasting.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, process engineers, statisticians, and IT teams.
- Oversee the development, training, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models in collaboration with technical teams.
- Monitor model performance and business outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs to measure business impact (e.g., yield improvement, tool uptime, scrap reduction, cycle time).
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to executive leadership.
- Ensure AI products comply with data governance, IP protection, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of global operations AI product owners
- Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital transformation roles with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and data ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
