The Senior Manager, Services Procurement, is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a broad range of services categories. These categories include, but are not limited to, Human Resources (HR) services, Marketing services, Finance, Legal, Consulting and Professional Services, Outsourced/Managed Services, Training and Learning, Facilities and Real Estate services, and other indirect services required to support CSG’s operations.

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Procurement who will: 

  • Provide strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise across key services categories, including HR services (recruiting, benefits administration, contingent labor), Marketing services (agencies, media, sponsorships, creative services), Finance, Legal, Consulting and Professional Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Managed Services, Training and Learning, and other indirect services.
  • Plan and lead negotiation strategies for moderate to high-value sourcing events (RFx) and complex contract negotiations with key services providers in partnership with HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other functional stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service levels, and performance standards to support business goals, budget targets, and risk management objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring sourcing solutions meet operational, financial, compliance, and risk requirements.
  • Build strong, proactive partnerships across departments to ensure alignment, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier landscapes, and evolving business needs in services categories to inform sourcing strategies and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual obligations and service expectations, escalating issues as appropriate to avoid service disruption and protect business outcomes.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with Finance, Legal, and Procurement policies and procedures.     
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and supplier management processes for services vendors to support compliance, operational effectiveness, and healthy supplier relationships.
  • Lead or support periodic business reviews (e.g., quarterly business reviews) with key services providers to assess capabilities, financial stability, innovation opportunities, and ongoing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and supplier scorecards.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on supplier performance metrics, identify risks and opportunities for improvement and drive follow-up actions with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address supplier performance issues and support remediation plans as needed.    
  • Lead and develop members of the Services Procurement team, fostering a service-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
  • Ensure team members have the appropriate tools, training, and guidance to effectively support sourcing, contract management, and stakeholder needs across services categories
  • Promote consistent procurement practices, category strategies, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement across the team and the broader Procurement function.    
  • Operate with significant autonomy and potentially may have a direct report outside of the US.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a strong focus on services categories (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting/Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training, or other indirect services)
  • Experience of applying a category management approach, particularly within IT categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex technology agreements.
  • Experience leading complex sourcing events (RFx) and analyzing results.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed or global teams
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools.
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$132,451.96-$211,918.71

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
