Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management – AI / GPU Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our AI / GPU-enabled product platform, spanning CoreSuite and its deployment within MOSA.ic AI. This role sits at the intersection of product, architecture, and customer engagement, and is critical to defining how Lynx delivers high-performance, safety-critical compute solutions to market.

You will own product direction end-to-end—from market insight and strategy through execution and customer adoption—while working closely with engineering, architecture, sales, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI / GPU-enabled capabilities across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI. It includes factoring how AI can run efficiently on different architectures such as CPU and NPU.
  • Translate market needs, customer requirements, and competitive landscape into clear product strategy and priorities
  • Drive alignment between product, architecture, and go-to-market teams
  • Own the ecosystem strategy, including developer tools, enablement, and partner integrations required to successfully deploy and adopt GPU capabilities across MOSA.ic AI
  • Understand and influence how AI,  GPU software infrastructure and hardware capabilities are used in aerospace domains for tasks such as sensor fusion, signal processing, video streaming and analysis, situational awareness, augmented reality, autonomy, and hybrid Edge/Cloud architectures
  • Identify and influence how AI capabilities can enhance developer productivity, validation and verification and governance in safety and security-focused use cases.

Execution & Delivery

  • Define use cases, requirements, and success criteria for product initiatives
  • Prioritize roadmap based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer demand
  • Ensure clear, actionable direction for engineering teams and drive execution to delivery

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand use cases, pain points, and deployment challenges
  • Support key pursuits, reference solutions/demos, and escalations, acting as a product authority in AI-enhanced GPU and high-performance compute domains
  • Validate product direction through customer feedback and market signals
  • Ensure the product ecosystem (tools, workflows, documentation, and integrations) enables customers to successfully evaluate, adopt, and deploy solutions
  • Identify and foster potential professional services deliverables derived from AI capabilities added across the MOSA.ic AI platform.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture to shape product capabilities and trade-offs
  • Work with sales and marketing to define positioning, messaging, and enablement materials
  • Align with Professional Services to ensure deployability and customer success

Product & Technical Leadership

  • Bridge deep technical understanding (GPU, scheduling, real-time systems) with business and product strategy
  • Drive architectural alignment across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI platforms
  • Ensure product decisions reflect both technical integrity and market value

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years in product management, systems architecture, or a related technical leadership role
  • Strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, AI / GPU/accelerated computing, or similar domains
  • Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive etc.
  • Proven experience driving product strategy and roadmap for complex, technical products
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred

  • Familiarity with GPU scheduling, virtualization, or high-performance compute architectures
  • Background in deploying GPU capabilities in military and aerospace operational domains such as sensor systems, crew displays, or autonomous AI applications, in a real-time mission critical environment.
  • Experience with platform products and ecosystem/partner integrations
