Job Description
Bose Luxury is building the first true and globally recognized luxury audio experience-elevating sound beyond performance into culture, craft, and emotional connection.
Our brands, McIntosh and Sonus faber, represent distinct expressions of luxury-spanning bold cultural impact and refined, multi-sensory craftsmanship. Together, we are expanding beyond traditional audiophile audiences to engage a broader luxury consumer, while enabling our dealer and distributor network to deliver exceptional, white-glove experiences.
The Sr. Manager, Product & Property Marketing is responsible for defining how Bose Luxury's products and owned experiences come to market-ensuring that both are positioned, expressed, and delivered at the highest level across all regions.
This role leads product go-to-market strategy, evergreen asset ecosystems, and owned brand properties-ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience across all touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead go-to-market strategies from concept through in-market lifecycle
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to align positioning and execution
- Ensure launches drive demand and enable dealer success
Evergreen Assets & Platforms
- Manage global brand and product asset ecosystems (web, catalogs, content)
- Ensure consistency across regions and alignment with brand standards
- Partner with Creative on brand worlds and storytelling platforms
Owned Properties & Experience Marketing
- Lead House of Sound (NYC) and Sonus faber Factory Experience (Vicenza)
- Position properties as brand beacons and sales-enabling environments
- Drive programming and marketing to build desire and engagement
Experiential Guidelines & Playbooks
- Develop global standards for in-person experiences
- Ensure consistency across owned, partner, and dealer environments
Brand Stewardship & Standards
- Maintain brand positioning, look & feel, and storytelling consistency
- Partner with Creative to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
Luxury Auto & Strategic Experience Support
- Support automotive partnerships and brand integration
- Ensure consistency of brand expression in partner environments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Activation, Training, and Sales teams
- Align product, property, and brand initiatives with global marketing plans
- Ensure integration across regions and channels
Experience & Skills
- 8-12+ years in product, brand, or experiential marketing
- Experience leading global or multi-region product launches
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling
- Experience managing physical or experiential environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skill

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of New York, New York is: $163,500-$224,850.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
