We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to join our global Life Sciences & Healthcare team. This is a highly visible role for someone who brings strategic talent judgment, strong business partnership, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

In this role, you will lead a small, global Talent Acquisition team supporting a complex and evolving business. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional colleagues to align hiring priorities with business needs, improve recruiting outcomes, and deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring leaders. This is a true player-coach role: you will lead, develop, and support the team while also directly managing critical searches and solving complex recruiting challenges.

The successful candidate will bring curiosity, pace, practical problem-solving, and a bias for action. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand the business, connect the dots, anticipate what is needed, and help the team move forward with clarity and confidence.

About You: experience, education, and skills
  • 10+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a global, matrixed, or fast-moving environment
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Talent Acquisition professionals across geographies or business areas
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner effectively with senior business and HR leaders
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized, or senior-level roles
  • Ability to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact recruiting strategies
  • Strong judgment, learning agility, and the ability to figure things out in ambiguous situations
  • A hands-on leadership style, with the willingness to personally own searches, processes, and outcomes when needed
  • Proficient in English and comfortable working with international stakeholders
It would be great if you also...
  • Have experience recruiting across consulting, sales, software development, research, analytics, product, or other highly specialized functions
  • Have experience supporting executive or senior-level recruitment
  • Are comfortable using data, market insights, and recruiting metrics to influence decisions and improve outcomes
  • Bring curiosity and adaptability, including a growth mindset toward emerging technologies such as AI
  • Have experience improving recruiting processes, candidate experience, or hiring leader capability
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Lead and coach a small global Talent Acquisition team, creating clarity, focus, and momentum across priorities
  • Serve as a player-coach by managing key searches directly while enabling the broader team to deliver with excellence
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, talent gaps, and market dynamics
  • Develop practical recruiting strategies that balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and business impact
  • Support hiring for a range of roles across consulting, sales, software development, research, analytics, product, and other specialized areas
  • Provide guidance and challenge to hiring leaders on role definition, candidate profiles, market realities, selection approach, and offer strategy
  • Use recruiting data and insights to identify risks, improve progress, and inform decisions
  • Help the team prioritize work, remove barriers, and stay focused on the highest-impact outcomes
  • Strengthen collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and other partners to ensure a connected and consistent hiring experience
  • Model inclusive leadership by creating an environment where perspectives are heard, people are supported, and the team succeeds together
About the Team

You will be part of a fun, collaborative, and hard-working international HR team that cares deeply about the business and about one another. We move quickly, solve problems together, and believe that strong outcomes come from shared ownership, open communication, and not leaving anyone behind.

This is a team where collaboration matters as much as execution. We value people who bring energy, ideas, accountability, and heart to work. You will be trusted to lead with independence, but you will not be expected to do it alone. The team works together, supports each other through complexity, and celebrates progress along the way.

This role is designed for a proven Talent Acquisition leader who has led recruiters, influenced senior stakeholders, and is ready to operate with both an enterprise-level perspective and hands-on ownership.

At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment. We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations.
