Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, VCS Stablecoin Solutions & GTM Enablement, will drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for stablecoin-linked commercial card products and solutions. This role is responsible for enabling issuer and enabler partnerships, supporting commercialization across regions, and orchestrating cross-functionally across Visa teams.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and activate high-priority issuing partners (FIs, fintechs) to drive global adoption of stablecoin-linked cards.
- Operationalize new partnerships (wallet providers, infrastructure players) to support stablecoin-linked issuing.
- Launch and maintain go to market issuer playbooks, including value proposition, compliance FAQs, and sample collateral.
- Design and deploy wallet infrastructure GTM models in partnership with banks and platforms.
- Identify and launch live merchant/platform case studies demonstrating stablecoin acceptance.
- Collaborate with marketing to deploy regional educational campaigns on stablecoin receivables.
- Serve as Visa Commercial Solutions stablecoin SME globally.
- Co-lead market and regulatory assessments based on specific use cases across priority markets.
- Complete stablecoin audits across VCS product lines and identify high-fit products and partner with product owners to integrate stablecoin enablement into future roadmaps.
- Initiate concept development for new product enhancements leveraging stablecoin capabilities. Secure cross-functional approvals and create structure to begin product build.
- Lead the VCS stablecoin card roadmap for FY27 and beyond, aligning cross-functional priorities and long-term strategic goals to expand stablecoin backed cards across the B2B ecosystem.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 5+ years in payments, fintech, product management, or related field.
- Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, or digital assets preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive GTM execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
