Job Description

  

Drive manufacturing excellence for mission-critical RF and microwave products. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience delivering advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our technologies power aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare systems worldwide. If you’re passionate about hands-on engineering and continuous improvement, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
  • Support production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule
  • Generate manufacturing and test documentation for first-time builds and investigations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges impacting production runs
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, test procedures, and documentation
  • Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and mentor junior engineers
  • Tune and troubleshoot RF microwave circuits down to the component level
  • Collaborate with design engineers to optimize circuit performance and manufacturability
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and yield enhancement
  • Manage obsolescence redesign and qualification for legacy product support
What you need
  • BSEE or higher with 5+ years of experience in RF microwave electronics manufacturing or design (required)
  • Strong knowledge of RF microwave circuitry and components (required)
  • Proficiency in RF/Microwave tuning and alignment under a microscope (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment (required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data-driven reporting (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Salary Range:

$96,200.00-$128,300.000
