The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns and content that build awareness of HiBob’s value proposition and drive measurable pipeline in the AMERs region. This role maximizes global campaigns locally, creates regionally relevant campaigns and content, and partners closely with Sales/BDR and cross-functional marketing teams to convert leads through the full buyer journey.

Campaign Strategy & Planning (AMERs)
● Lead the planning and execution of the AMERs campaign calendar to increase market share, build brand awareness and hit pipeline generation targets.
● Localize global thematic campaigns for local market needs, identifying required regionalization and local channel activation.
● Use market intelligence and buyer insights (in partnership with Product Marketing) to shape campaign messaging, segmentation and ABM motions.
Global- to-Local Campaign Execution & Project Management
● Feed AMERs insights and intel into the creation of global campaigns and identify areas for regionalization to execute locally - ensuring pipeline forecasts, objectives and promotional activities are aligned for regional implementation.
● Independently manage campaign projects end-to-end, maintaining structure, timelines, and cross-functional alignment. Proactively identify potential risks or blockers and adjust plans to keep campaigns on track and deliverables on time.
● Develop campaign resources for local initiatives, including timelines, decks, one-pagers, Slack
channels, and Asana projects, to ensure stakeholders know where to access information and ask question.
● Partner with the BDR and Sales leaders to design and execute the campaign follow-up plan upon launch. Take ownership of monitoring performance and proactively optimize follow-up activities to improve conversion rates.
● Independently deliver timely and precise campaign updates to broader marketing and GTM teams via Slack, GTM meetings and reporting.
Content Development & Localization
● Independently create and refine short-form copy aligned to global messaging and brand guidelines. Optimize content for local channels to increase engagement and relevance.
● Review global content and provide regional feedback from a AMERs perspective, ensuring local nuances and audience needs are represented and incorporated.
● Collaborate with design, digital teams, and external partners to produce high-impact regional content and campaign assets.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
● Create and communicate clear expectations for each stakeholder’s role and responsibilities within campaigns. Maintain open communication to ensure alignment and accountability throughout delivery.
● Proactively identify and address challenges related to stakeholder deliverables or misalignment with campaign objectives. Escalate risks early, provide solutions, and ensure expectations are consistently met.
● Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and the BDR leader to ensure marketing strategies are effectively communicated and integrated across the buyer journey.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
● Define campaign goals and measurement mechanisms. Prepare marketing activity reports using leading indicators (impressions, registrations, ICP fit, open rates, cost per lead, MQAs. SQAs, etc.) and lagging indicators (pipeline impact, ROI, conversion, CW). Provide narrative insights to interpret results.
● Ensure marketing activities drive both short- and long-term business goals by identifying and
implementing process, content and funnel improvements. Proactively share insights to optimize performance.
● Measure, quantify and report on AMERs campaign performance to inform ongoing planning and investment decisions.
Customer Advocacy & Expansion
● Independently lead the identification and development of customer case studies, managing content creation and promotional activities to maximize visibility and impact.
● Partner with Customer Marketing and Account Management to design and execute targeted expansion campaigns aligned to regional business objectives. Track performance and share insights.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners and AMERs industry influencers and communities.
Market Research & Local Insight
● Support market research and analysis efforts to evaluate industry trends, working with Product Marketing to provide market intelligence insights for the region.
Base salaries for this role range from $139,500 - $179,000 per year.

- Proven senior campaign/marketing manager (10+ years), with deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing and a track record of driving revenue impact through regional marketing.
- Demonstrated success executing marketing strategies for up-market segments.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
