We are looking for a passionate mobile app software developer to join our team! You will be a trusted partner, developing software systems and APIs in an agile environment to integrate with a growing set of autism and IDD care software solutions.  

As a key member of the Engineering team, you will take ownership of bringing new and improved features and functionality to our products, work independently within a group of developers to drive product development, communicate and coordinate effectively with other independent techies and non-techies alike, to ensure optimal progress towards our goals.

Location & Interview Process 
We prefer candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from our corporate office in Holmdel, New Jersey. However, we will consider remote candidates located in the Miami area or Virginia for the right individual. 

As part of our hiring and security protocols, candidates hired into fully remote roles are required to participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to their first day of employment. 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Develop modern web and mobile applications that enable our customers to provide quality care to their patients in the field.  
  • Work closely with QA to resolve issues.  
  • Contribute to daily stand-up meetings to identify and resolve issues.  

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in STEM field.   
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Mobile (iOS and Android) with solid working knowledge of React Native 

Desired Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Have a deep understanding of modern mobile application development and architecture.  
  • Demonstrate solid working knowledge of React Native and Typescript. 
  • Possess broad applicable knowledge of data/database technologies including traditional RDBMS's, off-line database patterns in mobile applications, (Watermelon DB/MySQL/SQL Server or PostgreSQL), 
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming, best Patterns and Performance techniques.  
     
  • Proficiency in metric-driven monitoring of released/unreleased apps. 
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile/Scrum project environment.  
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.  
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach.

Base Salary Range
$140,000$170,000 USD
