We are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clinical systems, healthcare platforms, or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and a deep understanding of integrating with existing systems in regulated environments.

- Collaborate with Project Managers and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance enterprise applications built on ASP.NET Core (.NET 8).
- Support and maintain existing frontend applications developed in Angular, while contributing to new development in React.
- Design, develop, and optimize backend APIs and services.
- Lead complex SQL Server development including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
- Support and extend applications integrated with Sitecore CMS, including content structures and workflows.
- Participate in Tableau to Power BI conversion initiatives (project-level involvement preferred; hands-on experience is a plus).
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for enterprise applications as needed.
- Contribute to interface development and integration efforts.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.
- Document architecture, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and modernization opportunities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Strong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency in C# and RESTful API development
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server
- T-SQL

- 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development
- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong SQL Server expertise
