Qualifications

1. Expert WPF, C# .Net
2. Experience with ESRI’s ArcGIS API/geo-spatial mapping for WPF / Silverlight
3. Experience with third party WPF controls.
4. Experience developing enterprise grade production ready applications utilizing design patterns.
