About the Role

This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who thrives in dynamic, global environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

  • Streamline vendor management: Lead vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and performance tracking to ensure strong partnerships.

  • Operationalize processes: Define and implement scalable processes that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across global teams.

  • Act as a strategic partner: Support IT leaders with ad-hoc analysis, executive briefings, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Bridge time zones: Collaborate with teams in the US and India to strengthen communication and operational efficiency.

About You
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, program management, or business analysis.

  • Skilled with Tableau, JIRA, PowerPoint, and Excel (or equivalent tools for dashboards and reporting).

  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity for leadership audiences.

  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
