  • Lead learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders across key moments in the employee lifecycle
  • Facilitate in-person New Hire Orientation in San Francisco, delivering an engaging onboarding experience that introduces employees to LendingClub’s culture and ways of working
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, ensuring learning experiences reflect and reinforce LendingClub’s values
  • Partner with leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver team development sessions, workshops, and learning solutions

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps and inform program strategy
  • Measure program effectiveness using structured evaluation methods and apply insights to improve outcomes
  • Manage project plans, timelines, communications, and success metrics across multiple initiatives
  • Track and share program outcomes, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across analysis, content creation, and learning strategy (applying Adult Learning principles)

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related People/HR roles
  • Proven success designing and delivering learning programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, including frameworks such as ADDIE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your work and improve output quality. You're equally comfortable using them yourself and showing colleagues how, you see it as part of owning your domain, not just a nice-to-have. You're also thoughtful about limitations and where human judgment matters most
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, organizational development, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Certified CliftonStrengths Coach
