Workday Functional Analyst - Core HCM

We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst specialized in Core HCM who will be responsible for providing technical control and support for HCM systems. Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Onboarding) business processes, execute mass data changes through EIBs, and support Workday releases, regression testing, and documentation.   

 
What You’ll Do: 

  • You will assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives, such as turnover reporting and human capital metrics. Ensure data analyses are accurate and peer-reviewed for quality assurance. 

  • You’ll  participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance. 

  • You will devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and supporting of Workday releases.   

  • You’ll configure and maintain Workday Business functionality including business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, notifications, custom organizations, organizational hierarchies and other configuration as needed. 

  • You will effectively manage People Service Center support tickets and cases within required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards.  

  • Complete other duties as assigned by management. 

 
What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience required. 

  • 4-6 years experience of strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM. 

  • Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development. 

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required.  

  • Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required.  

  • Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.  

  • Work is performed with only minimal guidance or supervision. Work requires extensive knowledge in Workday, practices, techniques, and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in areas such as: 
    • Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data 
    • Development of data-driven solutions to complex HR data issues/problems.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$92,600.00 - $123,600.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
