This is not a traditional Product Management role where you simply write requirements. We need a technical builder and process engineer who can bridge the gap between the manual reality of Operations and the technical scalability of Engineering.
What You'll Do:
- Kill Manual Work: Treat manual effort as a bug. Measure "Manual Touches per Document" as a core product metric and drive it down month-over-month.
- Rapid Technical Execution: Serve as a the builder for the operations floor. Write scripts, configure tools, and build "low-code" automations to fix immediate problems.
- Re-Engineer Broken Processes: Audit existing workflows to find "black boxes" and broken logic. Map the "As-Is" operational reality and design the "To-Be" automated future.
- Tooling Ownership: Own the configuration and feature roadmap for our intake and validation tools.
- Bridging Ops & Engineering: Translate the messy reality of private markets data into clean, structured technical requirements for the Engineering team.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Process Engineering, or Data Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be "technical enough" to build solutions (Python, SQL, Scripting) yourself.
- Process Engineering Mindset: Proven ability to look at a messy, manual workflow, deconstruct it, and rebuild it for automation.
- "No Ivory Towers" Attitude: Willingness to do the manual work to understand the problem.
- Bias for Action: You prefer shipping an 80% automated solution today over planning a 100% perfect solution for next year.
What You'll Get:
- Medical, dental, vision benefits
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k)
- Flexible work from home policy
- Home office stipend
- Employee Assistance Program
- Gym/Wifi reimbursement
- Education assistance
- Parental Leave
Our Values:
- Client First -> Listen, and deliver client-centric solutions
- Be An Owner -> Take initiative, improve situations, drive positive outcomes
- Excellence -> Always set the highest standard for yourself and others
- Win Together -> 1 + 1 = 3
