As Senior Product Manager for Coupa’s Intake & Orchestration team, you will own the strategy and execution of Coupa’s next-generation business process automation with a special focus on the customer experience. You will sit at the intersection of enterprise business processes, AI-native automation, and user experience, particularly when it comes to the conversational experience. Your role is critical in defining how Coupa orchestrates complex intake requests, manages cross-departmental workflows, and connects disparate tech stacks. You’ll build from both existing capabilities and innovative AI-driven concepts. You must possess a blend of business and technical savvy, a growth mindset, and the drive to make your vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their operational bottlenecks and find innovative, automated solutions for the broader market.
What You'll Do:
- Develop deep expertise in Coupa’s orchestration capabilities, including intake management, workflow automation, and integrations across various spend management domains.
- Own the vision, roadmap planning, and execution for the Intake & Orchestration platform, translating high-level business goals into actionable design documents and long-term product strategy.
- Manage the product roadmap and write feature designs, collaborating closely with UX, engineering, and AI research teams to deliver intuitive, "front door" experiences for business users.
- Design and deliver capabilities that allow business users to submit plain-language requests that are automatically routed, orchestrated, and fulfilled across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment, advocating for standardized orchestration patterns that empower stakeholders.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- A minimum of 5 years of PM experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company, specifically with expertise in B2B workflow automation, integration platforms (iPaaS), or enterprise intake/request management.
- A hands-on learner with a history of mastering complex, data-heavy systems and translating them into user-friendly experiences.
- A strong understanding of modern automation principles (e.g., no-code, AI-native processes, API orchestration) and a commitment to high usability.
- Bias toward action, a collaborative spirit, and a data-driven approach to making product decisions.
- Ability to manage technical debt while pushing for innovation, ensuring robust engineering and testing standards.
