Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of IAM Services, the shared cloud platform layer for reusable identity and access management capabilities across Imprivata product lines. This role will help product teams deliver secure, frictionless access through identity, authentication, federation, directory, single sign-on, and integration services. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Privacy, Product Ops, Customer Success, and consuming product teams to turn customer and platform needs into scalable services. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, technical depth in enterprise IAM, and the ability to balance reuse, reliability, security, and measurable adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for IAM Services capabilities.
  • Lead discovery with customers, field teams, and internal product teams to identify high-value shared platform needs.
  • Translate strategy into clear use cases, requirements, success metrics, rollout plans, and admin/API experience patterns.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Privacy, and DevOps to deliver secure, reliable, observable services with clear SLOs and tenant isolation.
  • Drive standards-first interoperability using OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and documented APIs where appropriate.
  • Define adoption and health metrics and help product-line teams migrate to and consume shared IAM services.
  • Support go-to-market, enablement, and customer expectation-setting with Sales, Marketing, Support, Services, and Customer Success.
  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity and access management, or platform services.
  • Experience shipping reusable services, APIs, or platform capabilities consumed by multiple products or engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of IAM concepts such as directories, synchronization, federation/SSO, authentication/MFA, passwordless, consent, audit, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer and market problems into product strategy, prioritized requirements, and shipped outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare IT, security, privacy, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience with OIDC, SAML, SCIM, API platforms, SDKs, or developer-facing products.
  • Familiarity with cloud/SaaS operations including SLOs, observability, incident response, tenant lifecycle, and runbooks.
  • Exposure to biometric identity verification, facial authentication, risk signals, consent/compliance capture, or AI-assisted product workflows.

This position offers a total compensation range of $149,950.00 to $156,450.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives).
