Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, E-commerce, you will own and evolve our marketplace product experience, driving growth, efficiency, and customer value across both sides of the platform. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our Marketplace business teams.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution. You will define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to bring scalable marketplace capabilities to life.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for marketplace experiences (buyer, seller, and platform capabilities)

  • Identify opportunities to drive growth, engagement, and monetization across the marketplace ecosystem

  • Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, business cases, and success metrics

  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable product plans and features

  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams

  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize performance

  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user feedback

  • Ensure alignment with company goals while balancing short-term wins and long-term platform scalability

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, with marketplace and/or ecommerce product experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to own and scale complex, multi-sided products

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing initiatives

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product analytics tools, and agile development practices

Why Join Us:

  • Generous paid time off

  • Competitive medical, dental & vision coverage

  • 401K with company match for US

  • Company-paid life insurance

  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability

  • Access to mental health and wellness resources

  • Company-paid volunteer time to do good in your community

  • Legal coverage and other supplemental options

  • A value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless
