The Product Manager will lead change management initiatives for Shopify, driving user adoption through training, global implementations, and guiding teams on process changes.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in change management and large-scale Shopify implementations. The ideal candidate will drive adoption, lead training initiatives, and support global Shopify rollout programs across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives including:
- training, user adoption, creating documentation, staging demo environments, showcasing workflow demos, and supporting product promotions.
- Champion usability and guide cross-functional teams through process changes and system adoption.
- Lead end-to-end Shopify product implementations on a global scale.
- Work extensively with Shopify Markets, hub-and-spoke models, cross-border currency conversion, and international storefront configurations.
- Drive complex Shopify programs and align with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Experience
- Strong background in change management and driving user adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify at enterprise scale (global rollouts required).
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify Markets, international setups, currencies, and multi-region e-commerce operations.
- Proven track record of leading large product implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and support teams through major product changes.
California Pay Range
$75—$80 USD
