About Pinterest:

Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

Discover a career where you ignite innovation for millions, transform passion into growth opportunities, celebrate each other’s unique experiences and embrace the flexibility to do your best work. Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.

At Pinterest, AI isn't just a feature, it's a powerful partner that augments our creativity and amplifies our impact, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

Through our interview process, what matters most is that you can always explain your approach, showing us not just what you know, but how you think. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here.

TwoTwenty is Pinterest's incubation team. We invented Shuffles and Collages and we're the team behind Beauty Guides, Restyle and Smart Blocks. We're hiring a product manager to own one of our shipping products end to end, or to lead one of our next zero-to-one bets from a blank page to real users.

What you'll do:

  • Own a product on TwoTwenty end to end, from strategy through post-launch iteration. You'll pick between a substantial slice of the teams AI Experiences charter or one of the team's next bets in areas like generative creation tools, live shopping or AI planning surfaces.

  • Make the product decisions that separate a demo from a product. You'll decide what ships in V1, defend the cut list and set the quality bar on your surface so designers and engineers calibrate to it.

  • Land launches that require alignment with partner teams inside Pinterest (AIFwd, Search, Shop with Pinterest, ATG). You'll get to agreement without needing your manager in the room.

  • Translate a company-level thesis into a concrete product decision your team can build against. You'll be able to state your product's strategy in one sentence and connect this week's engineering work to it.

  • Run experiments that answer real questions, not experiments that produce metrics. You'll decide when a null result is a launch signal and when a positive result isn't good enough.

  • Use AI to accelerate exploration, drafting and analysis in your day-to-day. This includes prototyping concepts, comparing design options and synthesizing user research, while applying judgment and verification to protect correctness and quality.

  • Mentor at least one PM or designer on the team on the craft of narrowing a problem before writing the doc.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including shipping a consumer product with an AI or ML component to at least one million users.

  • Experience owning a zero-to-one product from a blank page through real user traffic, not a prototype in a deck.

  • Experience saying no to a well-liked feature request from an executive and holding the line on quality.

  • Experience earning the trust of a senior engineering leader on architectural decisions, and can describe how you did it.

  • Understanding of the difference between a strategy and a plan, and the ability to state your current team's strategy in one sentence.

  • Experience using AI to accelerate product exploration, competitive analysis or user research synthesis, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality before decisions get made.

  • Committed to owning outcomes end to end. You treat things outside your scope as yours when the product needs it, and you don't lean on process to make decisions the team is looking to you for.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, design, human-computer interaction or business, or equivalent experience.
