About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Retail Experience team. This product manager will support our Workforce Management product. This product enables our store teams to forecast, schedule, and report on store labor. This is an external software that we’re launching across global markets. As one of the core systems of our business, you will be required to work closely with our Global Retail Team and DTC business teams, as well as alongside other Product Managers supporting Retail Experience products. This role reports into our Director of Product Management for Retail Experience within our Digital organization. The ideal candidate should have some experience in building or delivering a product or technical solution (and any experience in workforce management and/or retail & apparel, is a plus).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of the product vision, goals, and roadmap. Motivate and inspire the technical team, other PMs, and stakeholders to champion these benefits throughout the company.

  • Drive OKR product roadmap delivery in conjunction with your leader and cross-functional team

  • Manage a dynamic and evolving product backlog – prioritize new ideas, enhancement requests from users, competitive analysis, and engagement data for your product. Be able to synthesize data inputs to know what should, and even more important, should not be prioritized.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, new capabilities, technical debt and innovation. Be willing to make difficult tradeoffs

  • Collaborate closely with other product managers in the Digital space. Can manage competing priorities and dependencies across dozens of other roadmaps and system integrations both downstream and upstream.

  • Partner with engineering and product design to build a product that delights our users – understanding there are always tradeoffs between technology, look and feel, and speed to market in these product decisions to deliver the most value for our users and business.

  • Clearly document initiatives, breaking them down into user stories that can be delivered in small, iterative pieces

  • Keep a pulse on the industry. Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate other retailers, and stay informed on the industry and evolving technologies in this space.

  • Conduct + participate in user research to deeply understand our user group’s needs, and deliver the best solution to meet those needs

  • Be able to collect + synthesize data to be informed and comfortable leading with your recommendations.

  • Support product releases through close partnerships with business and operations teams, understanding ways of working and effectively communicating changes to our business users

  • Effectively communicate progress & blockers to team members, product leadership, and stakeholders

  • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements.

About You

  • 4-6 years' experience in product management for complex software products

  • Experience working within the intersection of Digital solutions in the Retail space

  • Experience in apparel a plus

  • Experience in workforce management a plus

  • Experience working with, and driving product development across cross-functional teams to implement internal user facing solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through various data sources independently, and to synthesize the relevant insights from data to drive new capabilities

  • Can quickly evaluate complex issues and break into actionable steps until resolution

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming user problems into an actionable product roadmap

  • Excited to contribute to the changes we are making in our Digital Transformation
