  • Support web content, whitepapers, and product demonstrations that drive customer adoption in partnership with product and technical marketing

  • Drive adoption of new WAF and AI workload protection capabilities through customer enablement, sales/partner readiness, and structured adoption tracking

  • Track and report on product and business performance, bringing data-backed insights to business reviews

Customer Engagement & Feedback

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their security goals, technical constraints, and requirements for protecting modern and AI-powered applications

  • Translate customer feedback into prioritized backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitive and market developments in Kubernetes, cloud-native application/API security (WAAP) and AI workload protection

  • Validate demand and usage patterns to inform roadmap decisions

  • Stay current on developments in cloud-native application delivery, service mesh, and AI agent architectures

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering to translate requirements into well-scoped product backlog items and support seamless rollouts

  • Build strong working relationships across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support

  • Collaborate with Principal PMs and senior stakeholders on portfolio-level prioritization decisions

  • Work with marketing and sales to support smooth product delivery and go-to-market execution

Analytical Skills

  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable product and business insights

  • Proficient in building metrics, dashboards, and reports using AI-powered analytics tools, in addition to traditional BI platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

  • Able to define and track KPIs that measure product adoption, usage, and business impact

  • Working knowledge of data analytics to support decision-making

  • Awareness of emerging technology trends and their potential impact on F5's business
