Are you an energetic product leader who thrives at the intersection of client strategy, cloud-native engineering, and cutting-edge AI? RevStar is an AI-first innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner building transformative digital products for enterprise clients. We are seeking a client-facing Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager to own product delivery from discovery to launch. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams, run discovery workshops, leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, and partner directly with client executives to translate complex business needs into high-impact software. Above all, the ideal candidate embodies RevStar’s core values:

Ownership: We own outcomes, not just effort.

Shared Destiny: We rise or fall together.

Your Impact Pillars

Your day-to-day contributions are organized into four strategic areas:

1. Product Vision & Client Strategy

  • Facilitate client discovery sessions (onsite and virtual) to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics.
  • Translate client vision into actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories.
  • Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations across project analysis, design, and execution phases.

2. Delivery & Team Enablement

  • Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Establish a "shared brain" across teams to unblock engineering, eliminate delivery friction, and empower autonomous decision-making.
  • Drive project governance inside Azure DevOps, maintaining clean backlogs, accurate tracking, and high delivery velocity.

3. AI Prototyping & Modern Workflows

  • Utilize generative AI tools and modern rapid-prototyping platforms (like v0) to generate wireframes and validate user experiences fast.
  • Continuously explore and implement emerging AI workflows to accelerate client communication, requirements gathering, and design iterations.

4. Account Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as the primary client point-of-contact, building trust through proactive communication, delivery updates, and value creation.
  • Guide clients through complex technical tradeoffs, scope management, and risk mitigation.

RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience within a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment.
  • Product Mastery: Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Modern Tooling: Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g., v0).
  • Domain Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms/HIPAA compliance standards is a strong plus.
