The Team and Role:

G HUB is the main software platform serving a massive userbase  of Logitech G fans with device configuration, customization and connection to their gaming ecosystem. The role is to develop and manage the go to market strategy for G HUB as a key strategic value of the Logitech G ecosystem. This role requires massive cross discipline coordination, understanding of deep and technical gaming use cases and current events, and experience marketing software and gaming hardware in a modern media and user environment in global markets. You must deeply understand gamers and the ever changing user and market needs.

In this role you will:

  • Support and collaborate with SW Product Marketing, SW product and hardware teams on continued development and deployment of the G HUB marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with customer experience, social media, brand, regional and channel marketing, product marketing teams and many more to integrate G HUB and ecosystem messaging into extended go-to-market plans. 

  • Communicate and coordinate strategy and logistics across a wide stakeholder list.

  • Maintain and extend G HUB visual identify system and toolkit materials to support new and updated hardware and software roadmap.

  • Manage internal and external agency relationships for asset and strategic development

  • Produce marketing and training related content for internal and external use explaining benefits of products and features. 

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Minimum education required - bachelor's degree in marketing, software engineering, science, business or equivalent work experience. 

  • 7+ years of product marketing, campaign management and/or product management roles in gaming, software or hardware.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Will often be presenting complex and extensive plans to large groups of stakeholders across multiple cultures. 

  • Experience in managing programs/projects involving matrixed global, cross-functional teams

  • Experience managing creative teams and agencies for both strategic and media output. 

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Extensive gaming knowledge. You game daily, you love games, you care about gaming. 

  • Extremely collaborative and positive personality. Critical position in a large and complicated org. 

  • Spokesperson experience. On camera talent, writing skills, thought leadership is a huge plus. 

  • PC gaming hardware knowledge and experience.

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 145000 and $ 210,000 .In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
