As part of JoyLab, Mondelez's new in-house content studio, the Sr Production Manager will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of creative projects within an in-house content studio in start-up mode within a larger company environment. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality by managing timelines, estimates, resources, and production workflows. They will also lead the development of new processes and tech to support efficient end-to-end management of creative production from brief to delivery. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners, the Production Manager brings structure, visibility, and operational rigor to the creative process.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage project timelines from brief through final delivery across multiple workstreams
- Build and maintain detailed project estimates, scopes, and budgets; track against actuals
- Lead creative resource planning, balancing internal team capacity and freelance/vendor needs
- Oversee digital production planning across content types (digital, social, video) from asset management to on-set production planning
- Manage asset lifecycle, including usage rights, licensing, renewals, and compliance
- Partner with creative, marketing, legal, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; proactively solve to keep projects on track
- Develop and track operational KPIs; optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality metrics
- Build and cultivate existing and new network of freelancers and partners
- Manage bidding, SOWs, and performance of internal designers, freelancers and partners
- Ensure proper file management and handoff into DAM systems and final asset repositories
- Support post-production processes including editing, versioning, localization, and distribution
- Present program status updates for stakeholders and leadership
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- 5-8+ years in creative production, project management, or agency operations (in-house experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing production (video, digital, social)
- Experience with budgeting, estimate development, and resource management
- Experience with talent and asset rights management and licensing considerations
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com) and DAM systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
