The Sr Project Controls Manager will support all aspects of project controls, including cost management, schedule development and control, change management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for a large-scale greenfield construction project.

Core Responsibilities

Schedule Control:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules (Levels 1-4) and integrate various project streams.
  • Ensure alignment between construction and internal equipment schedules.
  • Utilize MS Project and P6 for critical path analysis and reporting.

Construction Supervision & Quality Assurance:

  • Support on-site quality assurance and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
  • Assist in the project closeout process.

Cost Management:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams for budget control and quality inspections.
  • Evaluate impacts of change orders and support budget development.

Teammate Mentality:

  • Foster a collaborative environment aligned with LEGO® values.
  • Build relationships across various departments.

Risk & Opportunity Management:

  • Identify risks through schedule management and ensure critical tasks are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with import/export teams on material logistics.

Reporting & Governance:

  • Prepare project control reports for stakeholders and lead progress reviews.
  • Mentor team members and promote standard processes.

  • Proven experience in Construction schedule control, construction supervision and quality assurance, cost management, Teammate mentality, risk & opportunity management, reporting and governance.
  • Experience in Microsoft Project and P6 planning tools and linking client owned equipment to general contractor timelines and schedules.
  • Experience from working in international/multinational companies as either a construction supervision lead, senior planner, construction senior manager, project controls manager or other relevant role.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Bi, AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks desired.
  • Finance knowledge, has worked with costing and budgeting for projects

The salary for this position has a range of min $137,856 to $206,784 annually based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
