The Senior Project Manager leads multiple complex data initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational technology standards, business objectives, and user requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple large-scale projects
  • Ensure all IT solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements
  • Define and clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Establish and monitor project budgets
  • Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Determine project team structure, roles, and responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions
  • Assign work and ensure deliverables are completed according to plan
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports
  • Communicate effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Ensure consistent project reporting and governance standards are met
Data Platforms & Analytics Delivery
  • Oversee delivery of data warehousing, BI, and analytics initiatives aligned with business reporting and insight needs
  • Drive timelines, dependencies, and communication across data engineering, analytics, and business teams
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across systems and reporting layers
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise data platforms within Azure and related ecosystems
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and senior leadership
  • Foster strong relationships across all lines of business
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability and performance within project teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Certification in Project/Program Management preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

Pay Range

  • $89,800.00 - $125,500.00  

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
