The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and business initiatives from inception through successful delivery. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to manage multiple related projects, aligning scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive communications to achieve strategic business objectives.
The successful candidate will primarily oversee CRE-related projects and programs while supporting Information Security, Infrastructure, and Data Reporting & Analytics initiatives as business priorities permit. This position owns executive-level status reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership presentations, providing clear visibility into project progress, risks, outcomes, and business value.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Plan and implement projects and programs aligned with business objectives. 
  • Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. 
  • Define tasks, required resources, and project dependencies. 
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines. 
  • Monitor and report project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies. 
  • Support, direct, and coordinate project team activities. 
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, requirements workshops, testing activities, and stakeholder reviews. 
  • Develop, maintain, and present executive reporting decks and program-level status updates. 
  • Build strong relationships and gain alignment across diverse business and technology stakeholder groups. 
  • Coordinate multiple related projects and workstreams, applying best practice program and project management principles where appropriate. 
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to achieve project objectives. 
  • Evaluate project outcomes and ensure successful transition to operational ownership. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 

Qualifications / Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, including 2+ years in a senior-level project, program, or leadership role. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion. 
  • Experience managing multiple related projects or workstreams within a program environment preferred. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders. 
  • High degree of professionalism and business acumen. 
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. 
  • Experience creating and presenting executive-level reporting and project status updates. 
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, issue management, resource management, and time management. 
  • Experience in strategic planning, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools. 
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE), mortgage, lending, servicing, or financial services industry. 
  • Experience managing Information Security, Infrastructure, Data Reporting & Analytics initiatives.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
