OVERVIEW:
Role Responsibilities
Next Gen Warehouse Management Initiative
Participate as a core team member, advocating for DC operations, to support the project from design to delivery/support.
Oversee the implementation across the supply chain network and work closely with IT, Tech, Operations, and Engineering teams to safeguard that the new system is successfully implemented and integrated into our existing systems.
Ensure high quality outcomes and project success by aligning and coordinating goals and objectives, planning, executing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
Facilitate meetings to assist in rollout of the Change Management plan across the DCs.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and external vendors to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Communicate complex project information and progress in a clear and concise manner with internal and external stakeholders.
Supply Chain Strategy
Drive and evaluate new technologies, processes, or methodologies that can help supply chain improve operational efficiencies.
Identify opportunities, evaluate the feasibility of projects, and ensure new projects align with the supply chain mission statement and DICK’S 3.0 pillars.
Collaborate with teammates and build relationships with business stakeholders to further supply chain’s product and technical roadmaps.
Warehouse Management Support – Legacy and Next Gen
Awareness and high-level involvement in legacy warehouse management system (WMS) releases, configuration testing efforts, and implementation into the production environment.
Supervise the migration of next gen WM to the existing DCs with IT and Tech.
Support the System Admin, Tech, and IT teams as needed to continually improve on operating procedures, maximize system efficiencies, and eliminating future issues.
Continuous Improvement/Supervision
Build and maintain relationships with Analysts, Systems Administrators, and DC Support Technicians to develop their understanding of the Manhattan Warehouse Management System and other Manhattan applications used within Supply Chain.
Champion continuous improvement through coaching and mentorship of teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7- 10 years experience in supply Chain professional experience including systems, reporting and project management.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
