Senior Project Manager responsible for planning, prioritizing, implementing, and reporting large-scale, multifunctional projects across operations and corporate departments. Duties include managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, project teams, risk, change management, facility startups, customer onboarding, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires stakeholder communication, onsite implementation support, and travel to regional or national locations.

- Project Management of key projects and oversight of all network projects for Operations and all Corporate departments.
- Build, manage and standardize project plans within multiple tracking and reporting platforms.
- Responsible for project scope set-up, roll-out of prioritized projects, executing against timelines and tracking expenses against budget.
- Work with staff to build, manage and outline project objectives, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
- Ensure daily project calls are covered, travel to regional/national locations as needed and cover on-site start up support.
- Perform a key role in managing vendor relations by ensuring appropriate planning, budgeting, and expense tracking is in place.
- Support tasks for operations which include: new facility set-up, new customer onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, MHE evaluation and procurement, safety, tenant improvement initiatives, capital expenditure process, proforma support and inventory control strategies.
- Must be able to carry out optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment.
- Responsible for clearly communicating and coordinating with the operation team(s), contractors, vendors and other key stakeholders.
- Responsible for creating an atmosphere that promotes employee involvement while communicating regularly with all employees keeping them abreast of our Company values and goals.

Required Education and Experience
- Preferred but not required to have a bachelor’s degree
- Preferred PMP Trained and Certified
- Required logistics experience or similar of freight forwarding, 3PL, 4PL
- Preferred WMS Manhattan Scale or any WMS tool
- Must be able to demonstrate as a project lead on key projects with significant regional/global impact
- 5+ years' experience in project management running large-scale / multi-functional projects - IT field
- 5+ years' experience with Change management and Risk / Risk Mitigation
- Must be able to scope, set-up and roll-out prioritized projects as Project Manager
- Ability to react to changes in the project environment to ensure and to protect project profitability
- Travel on-site to start-up and lead implementation of projects. Will be required to travel
- Build and manage project teams & build and manage project plans.
- Experience running a full life cycle in projects
- Manage project resources and manage projects effectively to stakeholders
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to influence with authority
