The Role:
As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you'll be joining an experienced team of Relationship Managers to lead long-term, strategic relationships with our largest clients. The Relationship Manager's role is to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers / C-Suite, ensure the successful adoption and overall health of clients, deliver value and ROI to clients, identify opportunities for growth, and own the client renewal process. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within our Enterprise Clients (Asset Servicers, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, et al).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Lead the adoption of best practices for client retention, including business reports.
- Drive net dollar retention (post-sales expansion and renewals) for Canoe's clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience owning a book of business where you were responsible for driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, upselling, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience providing ROI presentations or business reviews to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Previous B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments highly preferred.
