* Job Summary:
* A key strategic goal for the Global Information Security team is to improve global visibility and extend security practices across all environments at CDW. You are a key partner with the Leadership Team to drive and orchestrate these global initiatives and strengthen partnerships between key business stakeholders.
* What you will do:
* Partner with the Global Information Security Leadership Team on global projects from conception to execution to project feedback.
* Co-Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, adapting communication style and medium to fit audience needs.
* Identify, document, track, and communicate project status, risks and issues and assist in bringing to resolution or mitigation.
* Partner with Global Information Security Leadership Team to craft and deliver clear and compelling communication key global strategies and objectives.
* Collaborate across information security teams and the Technology Enablement team to operationalize appropriate SAFe processes and agile delivery- with a bias for action and a continued sense of urgency.
* Manage specific special projects, as needed, to ensure high priority business objectives are achieved.
* Drive process improvements and strive for operational excellence for key areas within the team.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field and 7+ years in business operations, project coordination/management, or program management, OR
* 11+ years total Information Technology experience, to include 7+ years in business operations, project coordination/management, or program management.
* We value experience, skills, drive, aptitude, and attitude over university degrees and certifications.
* Excellent written and verbal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders including senior leadership.
* Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated track record managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and countries.
* Demonstrated experience in operational process improvements, measuring program effectiveness, and use of agile practices.
* Experience leading cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops to drive alignment and consensus in an engaging, collaborative way.
* Strong track record of high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment
* Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
* Project Management Certifications, a plus.
* Experience working in the Information Security field, a plus.
