Own and secure our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) environment and transaction monitoring ecosystem. In this specialized, high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between cybersecurity infrastructure and fraud defense. You will design, implement, and tune the technical systems that monitor for external fraud, prevent account takeover (ATO) attacks, and maintain robust controls within our Payment Card Industry (PCI) environment. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in IAM protocols alongside a data-driven, investigative mindset to mitigate transactional risk without introducing friction for legitimate customers.

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms to defend against brute-force, automated bot networks, credential stuffing, and session hijacking.

Own, scale, and tune real-time fraud transaction engines and behavioral scoring models to catch card-testing and e-commerce payment fraud at point-of-sale or checkout channels.

Administer identity verification workflows, role-based access frameworks, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols to systematically satisfy technical elements of PCI DSS requirements (specifically around user authentication and access restriction).

Use advanced database querying skills to extract system telemetry, analyze suspicious velocity parameters, and rapidly convert investigative findings into active programmatic blocklists.

Partner with software development, infrastructure engineering, and compliance teams to ensure new feature releases maintain a secure risk posture and feed telemetry correctly into centralized logging systems.

Manage integrations and rules infrastructure for third-party identity, device fingerprinting, and risk-scoring vendor platforms

Work cross-functionally with all areas of the company to achieve corporate objectives by providing technical recommendations and work with third parties to achieve stated goals.
