The Senior Services Sales Advisor plays a critical role in driving services growth by partnering closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver measurable operational value. This role blends consultative selling, operational assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customers realize maximum benefit from Infios services.

What a day in the life looks like

  • Partner with customers early in the engagement cycle to understand operational challenges, business goals, and improvement opportunities across warehouse and distribution environments.
  • Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable service recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to align customer needs with service offerings and implementation approaches.
  • Develop service proposals, quotes, and Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating internal reviews, approvals, and handoffs to delivery teams.
  • Support sales cycles by participating in discovery sessions, solution alignment discussions, demo preparation, and customer presentations.
  • Deliver services-focused presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and ROI to customer stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales and early delivery phases, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and service execution.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining strong follow-up, prioritization, and communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Travel as needed to support customer engagements, assessments, and key sales activities.

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years of Warehouse Advantage (WA) experience, ideally including implementation.
  • Strong supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations background, with the ability to assess environments and recommend practical improvements.
  • Consultative, analytical problem-solver who can translate operational insight into clear, value-driven service proposals.
  • Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and coordinating internal reviews, approvals, and delivery handoffs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships through proactive follow-up and consistent execution.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ as needed.

💰 Salary range: 150 - 160K (final compensation based on experience, performance, and internal equity).
