  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design collaboration, and hands-on project ownership, while ensuring quality on-time delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Data, and Product Management teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Use approved AI coding assistants for routine work — scaffolding, test generation, refactors, cross-language ports across Java/C++/Groovy/Python, and first-pass documentation.

  • Skilled software architect with experience in modern design principles: MVC framework, abstract factory, design patterns, class diagrams and ER diagrams.
  • Proficient in development and deployment of software solutions within software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts and programming including use of SQL /Postgres DB and SQL/No SQL queries.
  • Experience with source version control systems (GIT, BitBucket).
  • Experience in maintaining and upgrading of product source code.
