The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Engineer (Fullstack) to own and accelerate our Microsoft and Marketplace products and integrations. You will be instrumental in the rapid evolution of our MSP platform, moving past incremental fixes to ship major, high-impact features and integrations that secure our position as a market leader. This is a role for an engineer who measures success by business outcomes, code quality, and the scale of their impact, demanding high productivity and technical rigor in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Rapidly write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested production code with high % test coverage
Scope, design, and implement major fullstack features and technical architecture improvements with minimal supervision, driving projects from concept to deployment.
Performance optimize and scale our critical integrations ecosystem, ensuring robustness, high availability, and efficiency under heavy load.
Actively engage in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing product design suggestions, refining testing strategies, and improving the CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
Provide deep and insightful code reviews, acting as a force multiplier for the team by offering constructive feedback and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Must-Have Skills
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a production software development setting, shipping high-traffic, customer-facing applications.
Core Language Proficiency: Demonstrated polyglot capabilities with a strong preference for deep, hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails.
Fullstack Capabilities: Proficiency in both backend service development (APIs, business logic, database) and modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.
Database proficiency: Thorough knowledge of SQL and experience optimizing complex queries and schema designs in PostgreSQL.
Engineering Rigor:
Commitment to deep and insightful code reviews that elevate the entire codebase.
Non-negotiable practice of writing clean, documented, and well-tested code (unit, integration, and functional tests).
Ownership Mentality: Ability to take complete ownership of features, from initial technical design documents through production deployment and monitoring.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Nice to Have Skills
Proven experience with performance optimization and scaling web applications to handle large user bases and transaction volumes.
Direct experience integrating with complex external systems and APIs, especially the Microsoft Azure API.
Experience with agentic software development methodologies and tools
