We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership 10x engineering role where you’ll shape the technical culture, set the standard for engineering excellence, and drive the adoption of AI-first development methodologies.

• Architect, design, and deliver complex, high-performance systems and services in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack.

• Champion engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and scalability across the organization.

• Drive AI-first development strategies, integrating intelligent capabilities across the product.

• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define and deliver high-impact features.

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript — this is non-negotiable.

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale, production-grade software systems.

• Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.

• Experience driving technical strategy and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a distributed environment.

• Passion for AI and experience integrating AI technologies into production systems is a plus.

• The feature you build as a Software Engineer must be accessible via Claude links or hosted by you on your own server.

• Build bits of the UI or interesting use of LLModels to extract or modify data - you can make it as interesting as you need. Use your imagination and build something fun and cool.
