Job Title: Sr. Software Systems Engineer
Location: Onsite - Huntsville, AL
Salary Range: $125,000 to $160,000 + Bonus Eligible
This position requires full time onsite in Huntsville, Alabama.

- MOSA.ic.SCA and Vigiles, tools that provide Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and Common Vulnerabilities Exposure (CVE) management for embedded Linux-based and other applications.
- Software development services for high-reliability applications that can include initial setup of a "DevSecOps" development environment, software application development, and long-term product lifecycle management.
Descriptions
Lynx Software is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer who is ready to work with a talented team to provide innovative solutions for tomorrow’s problems. This position requires a systems engineer to use a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the systems engineering field to develop, integrate, and test software and hardware products. The candidate will work with functional, interface and performance requirements, architectural models, interface definitions, and support verification from system to element level requirements. The successful candidate will be a member of a high-performing multi-site team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will work independently at times on projects, at other times will be in a collaborative team environment with other software engineers, as well as other program development and deployment teams.
Selected applicants will be subjected to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and must maintain eligibility for continued access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or STEM discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong focus on complex multi-system software and hardware development, integration and test.
- Experience with Requirements Analysis and Verification.
- Understanding of System Integration and Test.
- Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, Doors)
- Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with DOD and/or missile defense applications and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
- Ability to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers, Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Clearance eligibility required
- Ability to work onsite 100%

- Experience with
