What are we looking for?

Contentstack is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to support our Technical Account Management (TAM) program! In this role, you will help enterprise clients maximize the value of our digital experience and content platforms while providing strategic technical guidance across their architectural roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless solution delivery, foster client success, and drive long-term retention and expansion. If you feel like this is a match, we’d love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients within the TAM program, supporting retention, expansion, and ongoing value delivery.
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with TAMs, Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the solution lifecycle—from pre-sales and architecture to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Proactively propose innovative solutions to meet client needs, address challenges, and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies, identify risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Create clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and client success.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and RFP/RFI responses, providing solution demonstrations and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TAM program processes, architectural standards, and client engagement strategies.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable.
What Really Gets Us Excited About You?
  • 8-12 years as a Solution Architect (in-house and/or consulting) or Senior Technical Account Manager, with experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Experience supporting Technical Account Management programs or similar customer-facing initiatives.
  • Expertise in DXP platforms (Contentstack, Optimizely, Contentful) and composable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React.js/Next.js, Vue.js/Nuxt.js), commerce ecosystems, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, release management, and feature flag usage.
  • Strong understanding of personalization, analytics, and DXP/CDP integration strategies.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value and long-term client success.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade digital experience solutions and supporting customer success programs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • You value a positive, fun, collaborative culture!

Salary for this role ranges from $145,000 - $175,000 plus variables based on skillset and years of experience

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
