About Artos:

At Artos, we build tools that help biopharma companies create and manage their R&D documentation in a fraction of the time. If you’re looking to join a team whose mission is to fundamentally change the way that drug development gets done, we’d love to talk to you.

The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with Artos' largest enterprise customers.

This role combines customer relationship management, technical leadership, and program management. You'll work with customers from the first technical discussions through deployment and continue to support them as they expand their use of Artos. That includes planning releases, coordinating new initiatives, solving technical challenges, and helping customers get the most out of the platform over time.

You'll work closely with customer executives, IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams while partnering internally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Your job is to keep customer initiatives moving, align priorities across teams, and make sure everyone has what they need to be successful.

What You'll Do:

Customer Partnership

Be the primary technical contact for Artos' largest enterprise customers.

  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Understand each customer's goals and help them plan how they'll use Artos over time.

  • Lead architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, executive business reviews, and technical planning sessions.

  • Coordinate priorities across IT, Security, Regulatory, Infrastructure, and business teams.

  • Help customers adopt new features and capabilities as the platform evolves.

Program & Project Leadership

Own customer initiatives from planning through delivery.

  • Create implementation plans, release plans, project timelines, and technical milestones.

  • Coordinate deployments, feature rollouts, upgrades, and integration projects.

  • Manage multiple workstreams across customer teams and internal engineering.

  • Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and customer commitments.

  • Identify blockers early and work with the right teams to resolve them.

  • Balance competing priorities while keeping stakeholders informed.

Solution Architecture

Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Design deployment and integration approaches that align with customer architecture and security requirements.

  • Advise customers on cloud infrastructure, authentication, networking, APIs, and integrations.

  • Lead technical discovery for new initiatives and product capabilities.

  • Partner with Engineering on customer-specific technical solutions.

  • Coordinate technical escalations when deeper engineering support is needed.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Connect customer priorities with internal execution.

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering work.

  • Coordinate product releases and customer communication.

  • Make sure Engineering understands customer commitments and timelines.

  • Partner with Product on roadmap planning and customer feedback.

  • Improve deployment processes, implementation playbooks, and customer engagement practices.

  • Help build scalable processes as Artos grows.

What We're Looking For:

Required Experience
  • 8+ years leading enterprise customer programs in Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Program Management, or Enterprise Software.

  • Proven experience leading the deployment and ongoing evolution of complex enterprise SaaS software within Fortune 500 organizations.

  • Experience owning technical relationships with enterprise customers over the course of a long-term engagement.

  • Strong program management skills with experience coordinating multiple technical initiatives at the same time.

  • Ability to influence engineering, product, executive stakeholders, and customer leadership without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, and distributed systems.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, from engineering teams to executive stakeholders.|

Success in This Role:

Within your first year, you'll

  • Become the primary technical partner for Artos' largest enterprise customers.

  • Lead multiple customer initiatives from planning through delivery.

  • Build predictable release planning and customer communication processes.

  • Improve alignment between customer priorities and engineering execution.

  • Help customers successfully adopt new capabilities as the platform evolves.

  • Establish repeatable processes for managing enterprise customer relationships as Artos grows.
