Mastercard's North America (NAM) Advertiser Sales team provides a range of acquisition and retention solutions that drive consumer engagement at scale. As part of the global Commerce Media organization, this role is accountable for sourcing highquality, cardlinked offers by building direct merchant relationships across NAM. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Commerce Media sales in-region: Own the full sales cycle for merchant acquisition-including identifying target advertisers, building the pipeline, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals-specifically for cardlinked offer (CLO) and affiliate programs.
- Close regional content gaps: Identify gaps in merchant category coverage and develop strategies to address them through direct sales, aggregator partnerships, and contractor resources.
- Merchant onboarding & content management: Ensure merchants are on-boarded efficiently and campaign content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, conducting ongoing reviews, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and overseeing billing and account health.
- Align market needs with the global roadmap: Partner with regional and global stakeholders to understand pipeline requirements, product priorities, and publisher demand to ensure merchant offers meet current and emerging opportunities.
- Drive global opportunities: Work cross regionally to unlock global merchant opportunities and coordinate multinational partnerships.

- Proven enterprise-level sales hunter who can also manage and grow relationships post-sale.
- Deep expertise in cardlinked offers (CLO) and/or affiliate marketing, with an established network of merchant contacts.
- Strong background in Business Development within Advertising or Commerce Media, with a firm understanding of industry dynamics and terminology.
- Skilled at navigating large, matrixed organizations and building trusted, cross-functional relationships.
