The Role

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing team. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and executives to attract and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Leadership.

You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor, helping leaders define hiring needs, develop effective search strategies, understand talent markets, and make thoughtful hiring decisions. You'll recruit across U.S. and international markets while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You'll also own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Greenhouse and leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve sourcing, efficiency, quality, and decision-making.

Who You Are and What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and company leadership by translating business needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies.
  • Lead intake meetings and build clear, structured hiring processes, including job descriptions, interview plans, scorecards, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and engage exceptional talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong pipelines of active and passive candidates across U.S. and international markets.
  • Manage searches across a range of functions and levels, from individual contributors through senior leadership and executive roles.
  • Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens to assess experience, functional or technical alignment, communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, with clear communication and thoughtful follow-through at every stage.
  • Create an equally strong internal recruiting experience by establishing clear expectations, keeping hiring teams aligned and informed, and proactively driving searches and hiring decisions forward.
  • Facilitate interview feedback and candidate calibration, identify potential concerns, and drive timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Own and optimize Greenhouse, including job setup, workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, permissions, and recruiting data integrity.
  • Leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle to strengthen sourcing, research, outreach, interview preparation, documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and use data to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and partner with the People team on recruiting and broader People Operations priorities as needed

What You Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership and executive-level positions.
  • Strong experience recruiting technical talent, including Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other technical and product-focused roles.
  • Experience recruiting across U.S. and international markets for remote, globally distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse as a primary Applicant Tracking System, including workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, and recruiting operations.
  • An AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness, including sourcing, research, outreach, candidate engagement, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional candidate and internal hiring experiences while building high-performing teams.
