- Design scalable measurement frameworks for talent and learning programs to showcase impact and ROI.
- Tell the holistic talent and learning story through dashboards, reports, and presentations that help drive decision making.
- Analyze and interpret workforce data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the talent lifecycle.
- Develop predictive analytics models to identify potential hot spots and inform proactive talent interventions.
- Partner with HR, Talent, Learning & Performance, and business leaders to translate insights into strategies that future-proof our workforce.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance while driving innovation in talent analytics practices.

- Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling (SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau).
