We seek visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings, and excel in autonomous roles.

About the role
As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will own the delivery and operations of the platform, ensuring that we deliver the right features, automations, and communications to scale the platform with our growth goals. You will work closely with Engineering, Insurance, and Distribution to deliver high quality software solutions that unlock scale across the organization.

What You’ll do

  • Use SQL, Looker, and other analytics tools daily to monitor platform health, validate outcomes, and surface actionable insights
  • Contribute code regularly to new features each cycle and participate in the PR review process on your solutions

  • Collaborate with Insurance and Distribution teams to deeply understand operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions
  • Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and performance
  • Develop a deep working knowledge of the platform and be the first to dig in when something goes wrong

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management at tech companies that have achieved scale.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent senior work experience.
  • Fluent in SQL and experience in Looker or an equivalent BI tool
  • Hands on development experience - you’ve pushed a PR in the last week.
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and relentless in pursuit of results.

Nice to have

  • A background in insurance, insuretech, or financial services.
  • A passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth experience.
  • Amplitude, Mixpanel, LaunchDarkly, or equivalent instrumentation experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Leadership role in shaping the future of a modern digital insurance platform.
  • A collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
Compensation
$180,000-$230,000 annual base salary + bonus + equity (commensurate with experience and dependent on location)
