What You’ll Do:
- Care and feeding of production and testing environments
- Architect secure, scalable systems for running automated penetration testing at scale
- Scale database, storage, and compute infrastructure to preempt customer demand growth
- Propose and implement technical initiatives based on product roadmap needs
- Lead technical design discussions, contribute to team decisions, and provide feedback on engineering approaches
- Translate ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans, and execute them in collaboration with the team
- Serve as the cornerstone of our engineering culture by setting and upholding exemplary standards for code quality, practices, and craftsmanship
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has A Mix of The Following:
- 4+ years of experience building and managing production infrastructure
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices, network isolation, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment systems
- Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, vector databases, object storage)
- Seeks autonomy, creative problem-solving, and moving quickly in an ambiguous environment
Location:
Hybrid role based in New York City. Some travel may be required.
