What you'll do:
This role will be an important part of our finance team. You will gain exposure to a variety of accounting work, and will be able to be self-directed in how you work. Below is an overview of the typical parts of this role:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices for the company’s customers
• Enter vendor bills and payments, and handle correspondence with vendors regarding bills and payments
• Review and record daily bank deposits
• Assist with maintaining customer and vendor records
• Assist with managing and collecting open accounts receivables
• Support the monthly and annual accounting close processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare requests for auditors and tax preparers to assist with the issuance of annual audited financial statements and required tax filings

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field or 2+ years of experience working in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Strong research, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment
