What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group’s Northern California region, comprised of Porsche Marin, Audi Marin, Volkswagen Marin, is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team. Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Special accounting projects as assigned by management
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Daily bank flooring and paying off units (both new and used vehicles)
  • Weekly reconciliation of the GLs
  • Submitting monthly warranty remittance and cancelations
  • Weekly posting of factory incentives
  • Preparation of stat data for monthly financial statement
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Cross training with other office staff to be a backup during closeout, vacation, or as needed

This opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
  • Tekion and/or CDK, DMS, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong sense of pride in work product and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, team player
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

Pay range for this role is: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
